RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take immense pride in the traditional art forms involved to craft each piece to perfection. However, if for any reason you happen to be dissatisfied with our product

• Please notify us at orangeateight@gmail.com with relevant images and your order details, and we will review your request for an exchange.

• We accept returns only if the product has been damaged in transit or you have received the wrong order.

• The product should be unworn and in its original packaging for it to be eligible for a return.

• The product has to be returned within 7 days of purchase after which the return or exchange is not eligible.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email us at orangeateight@gmail.com with your order details and relevant images. Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange the return process. The replacement item will be shipped only after the original product is received and passes our quality check.
